The Ange bakery in Tholonet offers a wide variety of products, from breads to pastries and cakes. The selection is generous, ensuring there's something for everyone, whether for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a full meal. A special mention goes to the semolina bread, which I consider one of the bakery's best products: flavorful, perfectly baked, and a real pleasure to enjoy every day. Regarding the snack selection, it would be worthwhile to expand the range of sandwiches offered. The current recipes are sometimes a bit heavy and would benefit from being complemented by lighter, fresher, and more balanced alternatives, especially during the summer months. Overall, a pleasant place with quality products and an excellent selection of breads.

The chicken sandwich (just like the Caesar salad) is completely pointless. The meat is tasteless. I asked where the chicken came from, and it's from Brazil! What a disgrace!

A very nice bakery. Lots of choices! The bread and pastries are very good. Unfortunately, the croissants don't taste very good. The dough for the first pizzas when the shop opened was thick and supple. Lately, the dough has been dry and flat.
