It seems the staff doesn't want to work. No greeting when you arrive. When I'm paying for my purchases, the cashier starts serving someone else and doesn't even give me my items. They don't offer bags. I've been a customer for over three years and I'm starting to be genuinely disappointed with this bakery, or at least with its staff. You should have kept the previous employees; they were great! AVOID

Purchased a King Cake. Very good, fragrant and filled, and very reasonably priced at €21. We ate 8 generous portions. I recommend it.

This bakery has a really good selection, but seeing bread that's barely baked and a floury white? No thanks. This morning I also bought a pretzel so hard it must have been yesterday. Please, go to Alsace; you'll see how they're served in bakeries... Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, not rock hard.

Good pastries and viennoiseries.

Shameful! I reserved a birthday cake the day before at 2 PM to pick it up the next day at 5:30 PM. I specifically asked the saleswoman to put a message on the chocolate plaque. To my surprise, when I went to collect my cake, there was no plaque, no chocolate...the saleswoman's only excuse was that it wasn't the first time this had happened and that she was "giving me some candles." I do not recommend this lack of attention to detail...I will never go back!

It's a shame the saleswoman didn't know what she was selling, because I ended up buying a goat cheese and bacon fougasse that was more like a croque monsieur fougasse—it was ham and some kind of cream I don't like! I'm a bit annoyed, of course there are worse things in life, but you choose according to your tastes, and these weren't mine! And another time I bought a chocolate doughnut, got home, and it wasn't in the bag...

It's a shame, I always get my bread there which is excellent, but not making enough sweet brioche annoys me enormously. It's a shame about the rating, it's due to having to wake them up on a Sunday at 7am to have a bit of a chance of getting a brioche.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding a problem I encountered with a panini I purchased from your bakery today. Unfortunately, the paper wrapping the sandwich was not removed before it was grilled. This forced me to waste a lot of time trying to remove it, and some paper remains stuck to it, making the sandwich difficult to eat. Since the whole point of a meal purchased from a bakery is to be able to eat quickly, I unfortunately don't have time to return to exchange my panini. I would like to urge you to be more vigilant about this type of problem in the future, as it negatively impacts the customer experience. The pizza was hard as soon as I reheated it, the salad tasted stale, and the waitress was talking to other people in the bakery without listening to what I asked. The service was nonexistent, especially considering she was a former baker.

If you want exceptional bread, this is the address to remember, without hesitation.
