Hello, I would like to share a comment about your bakery. Upon entering the shop, a musty smell is noticeable, and I also observed this taste in the bread I purchased. I understand that it can be difficult to resolve this type of problem, but unfortunately, it risks impacting your customers' satisfaction and could deter some of them.

I bought a crunchy biscuit with more butter than a butter log. It seemed like the most understated and least greasy option. I stopped halfway through; I felt like throwing up from that disgusting margarine. I stopped a few minutes after waking up to put my fingers in my mouth.

Terrible experience! I've never eaten such a bad lemon tartlet, to put it politely… It tasted incredibly bitter, with huge chunks of lemon peel that could break a tooth 😳 I took one bite and then threw it away… unfortunately (€3.50)
