A wonderful lunch stop on our holiday trip. The welcome, the quality of the food, everything was perfect for us. The coffee was fresh and unique.

Many of us arrived to have a drink; after a visit to the town hall for the wedding, everything was handled well with a smile.

A €22 burger? I expected better… The fries aren't even homemade… And the "cheese"—replace it with real cheese, not those yellow squares that look like cheese… OR Lower the price; a fair price is no more than €16…

La Fontaine brasserie is an excellent restaurant, perfectly combining simplicity, quality, and conviviality. The deliberately concise menu features daily specials—dish of the day, daily catch, and meat of the day—a guarantee of freshness and expertly prepared ingredients. In addition, there are two carefully composed salads, andouillettes, a steak tartare that can be customized to your liking, and remarkable truffle ravioli, which are particularly delicious. The open kitchen is a real plus: it allows you to watch the dishes being prepared and demonstrates the care taken with both the presentation and the quality of the food. The welcome is warm, and the service is efficient and attentive without being pushy. The establishment also benefits from a prime location on the Place de la Fontaine, which is very pleasant, especially on the terrace. The portions are perfectly balanced, generous without being excessive. An elegant and reliable establishment, where you'll gladly return for its consistent quality and welcoming atmosphere.
