My partner and I tried Alex's pizzas in Calas, and we have no regrets! The pizzas were generously topped, large, and absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be ordering again soon. We can't wait to try the other pizzas!

One pizza had an undercooked crust, another was overcooked (it turned burnt), and the ingredients were of very poor quality: plastic-like cheese, salty olives, and acidic tomato sauce. Thanks, but no thanks.

Passing through Calas, we stopped at Alex's place. Driving by, the smell of pizzas caught our attention, and we ordered two pizzas. They were generous and very tasty, and Alex was very playful with customers, just the way we like it in Provence. A recommended address for food lovers.

We were already familiar with Alex's delicious pizzas, and we tried the paella! Delicious, generous, and flavorful! The best part: home delivery! I highly recommend it!

We bought a portion of paella a few months ago. The paella wasn't fresh; it was from the day before, completely dry, and the rice was burnt to a crisp. We were very disappointed, especially after paying for the meal. It's a disgrace to sell paella like that.

Pazzaiolo, who bought Alex's truck, When there's a stamp system—10 stamps for one free pizza—you have to stick to it, at least to accept all 10 stamps from your customers. I find it outrageous!! The pizzas are okay, but nothing special. Even I can do better. I buy pizzas from this truck for the family. It's a shame, Alex was much better. I'm going to change pizza vendors!! This is ridiculous!!!
