Enjoy Sushi Bouc Bel Air

We ordered our sushi/poke bowls for home delivery Sunday evening. We received them less than an hour after ordering, however, they were lukewarm and tasted awful… I only ate three, as they were quite unpleasant… As a result, I've been sick with stomach pain ever since… We had good memories of our previous orders, but that's over now… We won't be ordering from Enjoy Sushi again.

Arthur and his team, including the cooks and delivery drivers, Ahnnah and Guillaume… They are all wonderful, kind, thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming. Above all, Arthur, don't change a thing, 👏 and don't let them get away… Guillaume and Ahnnah have made us want to come back, and we will. A very bad experience. I placed an order for three products, then called the same day to cancel it and request a refund. I was asked to call back the next day at 5:30 PM, before the scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM. We called several times before, at, and after the scheduled time, but no one answered. When we went to the store in person, we were told that no call had been received, even though we had followed the instructions exactly. No refund or real solution was offered. The customer service was unprofessional and the communication very poor. I am very disappointed.

Excellent! I don't usually like sushi, but I wanted to try it again! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very fresh. The dishes are beautiful. A very warm welcome with a smile from the staff...

Very good sushi

Easy-to-access restaurant with ample parking. Beautiful interior with a terrace. Very welcoming and excellent service. The staff is incredibly attentive, which is very pleasant. I love their Poke Bowl!!
