A warm welcome and delicious pizzas

Unfortunately, I became ill after eating at Pizza Cosy. I understand that this type of situation can occasionally happen, and I don't necessarily blame the establishment. However, when I contacted them to inform them, I would have appreciated a gesture of goodwill. Such consideration would have been appreciated and would have contributed to a better experience despite this incident.

I ordered a Reine pizza and I thought I made the right choice by adding mushrooms, ham and mozzarella, which brought the price of the pizza from €12 to €18. I found the pizza good, but I think the price is excessive compared to the toppings, which is a shame…

Run away! A string of errors and unacceptable customer service. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism. Every order is a disaster: a forgotten drink, a mistake on the pizza, and the wrong flavor for the dessert. My latest experience: I ordered online, specifically requesting that one ingredient be removed and two others added. The result? Nothing was done, the pizza arrived exactly as ordered (photos available). And the worst part is the customer service: I called them and they told me that only the extra ingredients would be refunded, and they offered me a free pizza for next time. Are you kidding me? I pay for a service today, I end up with a dish I can't eat, and their only solution is to force me to order from them again? Well, no way! Pizza Cosy is finished for me.

I still love it! If I could find a cozy pizza place in Alsace, I'd be thrilled!
