Second time here, very nice shop, excellent service, nothing to complain about. The first time I had the pizzas, expensive, but that's what's displayed, so either you accept the price or you move on. I decided to treat myself, so I ordered two slices. I expected better, but they were still good with fresh ingredients, but clearly a little disappointed for the price... Today, passing by, I was tempted by some pastries: a Nutella brioche and a maritozzo. Once again, it really wasn't great, maybe due to the heat, but the brioches were quite dry. The maritozzo was a complete disaster, really not good. The whipped cream had no flavor and turned almost like butter; it was a failure. It's a shame because it looked tempting, and at €5.50, I'm disappointed. Sorry for this unflattering review, but given the reputation of your establishment and the beauty of your window display, one clearly expects a superb gastronomic experience. Hoping to leave a better review next time.

Hello, I visited a while ago while passing through and hesitated for a long time before leaving a review. Finally, I thought it might help you improve your establishment. I'm giving 2 stars solely for the food, which was very good. However, the service really needs improvement. The staff is cold, the way they speak to customers lacks professionalism, and using the informal "tu" form is inappropriate. A warm and respectful welcome makes you want to return, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case during my visit. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve the experience for your future customers.
