My pizza maker between 2005 and 2013. My friends still talk about the Cévennes and Norman pizzas. I'd left Puyricard and couldn't find his truck in the village square anymore. I thought he'd stopped. Yesterday, I was back in the area for a very sad reason. I recognized him in a new spot. A small moment of happiness in an otherwise dreary day. As an aside, a friend and I often watched him work, hoping to pick up a few of his secrets… I make pizzas at home with top-quality ingredients. And while the result is satisfactory, it's not up to the master's standards. So, the conclusion has always been the same: this man is a magician. And the price is competitive, which is a nice bonus.
