Hello, I am very, very disappointed with my visit this year. I come every year, but this time, what a letdown. First of all, the staff has changed. Frankly, if they were going to replace them with such unwelcoming staff, it wasn't worth it. They are bitter, don't smile, chat amongst themselves instead of attending to customers, and don't pay attention to those waiting. At times, there wasn't even anyone to greet or serve customers. Secondly, the food is no longer up to standard at all. Before, there was more choice and more flavor. This time, I ended up eating a chicken sandwich with very little olive oil, and to top it all off, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a hair in it. This completely disgusted me, and I seriously question the hygiene standards. I will therefore be filing a complaint, because this is no longer acceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously in order to improve the quality of your service.

Excellent bakery, impeccable hygiene, top-notch staff (special mention to the saleswoman Selma, who was very polite, helpful and very friendly!)

Today, a surprise with the new team! A super warm welcome; they're smiling, pleasant, and polite. It was a pleasure to see everything in the display case: sandwiches, salads, cakes, bread... in short, a welcome change.

Excellent service, great team at the end of the day, I recommend the pavé (delicious bread) and the pear and chocolate tart, mmm!

I work near this bakery, so I have lunch there every day. This time I decided to give my honest opinion to perhaps suggest a change: The bread, pain au chocolat, and madeleines are fine. The sandwiches need improvement; they're either dry or have a horrible acidic tomato sauce that ruins the taste of all the sandwiches. The salads are great, no complaints. The cakes and pastries really need to be rethought and refined (very sweet, very greasy, no flavor other than sugar). Even visually, they're unappealing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, no complaints.
